And I saw. my users can edit its posts all the time. So, time of posts editing is not limited.
Can you help me to do a limit of editing time ?

But it don,t work , although it is installed.
I don't sure I did right this point: «2) Прописать в comments.tpl теги {COMMENTS_ROW_EDIT},{COMMENTS_FORM_HINT}»
