By registering an account on https://seditio.org/ and/or submitting data through interactive forms, commenting sections, news submittals, or the file archive, I hereby grant my explicit, conscious, and voluntary consent to the Administration of seditio.org (the Operator) to process my data under the following conditions:

   • Username / Nickname;
   • Email address;
   • Password (encrypted);
   • Text content published inside forum threads, comments, news entries, and file descriptions;
   • Any electronic files attached to forms, uploaded to profile areas, or published within the file archive;
   • Automatically captured technical logs (IP address, cookie payloads, and localStorage data).
2. Purposes of Processing:
   • Creating, authenticating, and maintaining a User account and providing access to personal settings;
   • Granting access to interactive Website features (posting on the community forum, writing news articles, commenting on pages, uploading custom extensions/files to the archive);
   • Managing support communications and handling technical requests;
   • Running web diagnostics, blocking malicious traffic/spam, and improving general site performance.
3. Third-Party Transfers: Anonymized analytical data may be securely shared with web performance partner YANDEX LLC for tracking traffic metrics.
4. Processing Operations: Collection, recording, organization, storage, structural adjustment, adaptation, retrieval, use, anonymization, restriction, deletion, and permanent destruction of personal records.
5. Consent Validity and Retention: Data and files published by registered users are kept for the lifetime of their account. Contact form entries are stored for up to 30 days. Analytics telemetry expires automatically after 24 months.
6. Right to Withdraw: This consent can be revoked at any time by issuing an account and data erasure request via email to: admin@seditio.org.
