1. General Provisions
1.1. This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») constitutes a legally binding contract between the Administration of the website seditio.org (hereinafter referred to as the «Administration») and any individual accessing, browsing, or registered on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the «User»).
1.2. Within the scope of this Agreement, Website services include: the community forum, comment sections, interactive news feeds, file archive (directory of files, themes, and extensions), contact forms, and personal user accounts.
1.3. Registering an account, logging in, or using any features of the Website (including reading content, downloading files, publishing posts, news, comments, or uploading files) constitutes the User's full, unconditional, and automatic acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must immediately cease using the Website.
2. Website Status and Role of the Administration (Information Intermediary)
2.1. The website seditio.org is an interactive multi-functional community platform. All content—including forum threads, page comments, news articles, and files submitted to the archive—is generated solely and directly by its Users.
2.2. The Administration acts exclusively as an information intermediary / service provider. The Administration provides the technical infrastructure allowing Users to publish information and host files online. The Administration is not the author or co-author of user-submitted content, does not initiate its placement, and does not perform mandatory pre-moderation of any user-generated text or files.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. The User has the right to:
- Use available Website services for communication, blogging, news publishing, commenting, and file sharing within established technical limits;
- Download items from the file archive for personal, non-commercial use;
- Request the permanent deletion of their account at any time by contacting support.
3.2. The User shall:
- Maintain the absolute confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password) and assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under their account;
- Publish text, comments, news, and upload files to the archive only if they hold the legal rights to do so, or have obtained official explicit permission from the respective copyright owners.
3.3. The User is strictly prohibited from:
- Posting personal data of third parties (including full names, phone numbers, addresses, passport details, photos, or links to personal social media profiles) within forum posts, comments, news, or inside files uploaded to the archive without their prior, explicit, and verifiable consent;
- Uploading software, source codes, books, documentation, or any other content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties (pirated or nulled software);
- Uploading files containing malicious code, viruses, trojans, or scripts capable of disrupting the Website or other users' devices;
- Publishing content that incites violence, hatred, racial or religious discrimination, extremist materials, pornography, profanity, or defamatory statements that harm the reputation of others.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The User assumes sole, full, and unlimited civil, administrative, and criminal liability for any materials, messages, comments, news, and files they make publicly available on the Website.
4.2. The Administration shall not be held liable for:
- The legality, safety, integrity, or functionality of files uploaded by Users to the file archive;
- The accuracy, truthfulness, or lawfulness of information published by Users across the forum, news, or comment sections;
- Any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or device harm resulting from downloading or executing files from the Website's archive;
- Any copyright infringements or violations of third-party privacy rights committed by Users.
5. Dispute Resolution and Content Takedown Procedure (Notice and Take Down)
5.1. Because the Administration does not actively monitor all content published on the Website 24/7, an efficient notice-and-takedown mechanism is in place to protect third-party rights.
5.2. If you are a copyright holder, a personal data subject, or an authorized representative thereof, and you discover that your content, copyrighted material, or personal information has been published on seditio.org without your consent, you have the right to file a formal complaint.
5.3. Complaints must be sent to the official administration email: admin@seditio.org. The notice must contain:
- The exact direct URL to the webpage and the specific element (post, file, comment) containing the violation;
- A clear description of the material or file that allegedly violates your rights;
- Verifiable evidence proving that you own the rights or represent the individual whose rights are being infringed.
5.4. The Administration agrees to review valid complaints and take prompt action to remove or restrict access to the infringing text/file within 48 hours of receiving the notice.
6. Moderation Rights
6.1. The Administration reserves the right, at any time without prior notice or explanation, to edit, move, or permanently delete any forum posts, comments, news entries, or uploaded files if they violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or pose legal risks to the Website.
6.2. In cases of systematic or severe violations of these Terms, the Administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict or permanently delete the User's account.
7. Amendments to the Terms
